Information we collect
When you browse, contact us or place an order, we may process contact details, delivery and billing information, order history, communications, device and browser data, and fraud-prevention signals. Card details are handled by Shopify and its payment partners; VAULENNE does not store complete payment card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to operate the storefront, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, improve performance, and send marketing only when permitted. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service and fulfillment partners
We share only the information needed with Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers you consent to, carriers, suppliers and fulfillment platforms such as DSers. Direct-fulfillment partners may receive the recipient name, delivery address, phone number where required by the carrier, and ordered item details. Processing may occur outside your country with appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.
Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage keep the theme, bag, checkout and security functions working. Optional analytics does not load until you select “Allow analytics” in our consent banner. You can delete cookies in your browser to reset the choice.
Retention and rights
We retain order and transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and consumer law, and keep other data only as long as needed for the stated purpose. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent at any time.
